OAT 從2021年開始資助 Tanzania 的學校，我們目標是幫助該地區十所學校，今年終於見到了孩子們及了解學校的周圍環境。 我們一共訪問了二所學校，第一個小學有五十位學生二位老師。第二個小學有九十多人，我們招待她們午餐，那里生活非常困難，在保護區內不准她們種值。平常她們就靠牛羊的奶維持生命。 我們和當地的婦女會面，這十名婦女來至三個區域，她們的部落中有五千多個只留下婦女的單親家庭。因為沒有交通設施，其中好幾位都是背著嬰兒在大太陽下走了五到八小時才能和我們見面，很感人。 Massai 這個少數民族部落，集中生活在沒電沒水的原始生活環境里，牛羊是他們維持生命的依靠，我們四年前開始參與支持他們部落學校的活動，他們非常感謝基金會的支持，給學校買基本設備。 謝謝你們的捐款，贊助在這有意義的項目中。 感謝參與這次愛心旅遊訪問活動的理事及贊助者。這是一個非常有義意及難忘的旅程。
Bandekdee; Their dining room/kitchen construction is near about 80% completed. Children are doing well and rain and flood have stopped. This time our team has 6 volunteers and we chatted with kids individually yesterday and we taught them how to cook dumplings. We all had a great time and dinner was delicious.
这是六十名缅甸逃难到泰国的小难民，小朋友们和他们家属三年前逃难，住在Pattaya 渔村年纪从五岁到十八岁，泰国政府三不管，不给他们难民身分，不管他们死活也不赶他们。他们是无法上学，家长也无法正式出外打工，也不会说泰文，现在教会再从旁帮助他们。我们已经开始筹备也买好文具用品，然后帮助他们把电脑印表机等基本设施买好，我们义工夫妻都有去教学指导他们英文。再帮助他们把又破又烂的雨篷修好，否则下雨滴水都无法正常学习。
孤兒院擴建的餐廳及房舍，從去年就開始規劃籌備，今年四月開始整地建築，一切進度都依照計劃，期望能提早完工。同一時間，OAT基金會陸續捐贈了電視及電腦印表機等相關設備，讓院童在學習的工具上不會缺乏。當地志工還宴請院童一起享用豐盛的火鍋。

To assist young adults to acquire improved soft skills set, preparedness for the world of work, and increased level of civic engagement, OAT assisted and executed the Ivy Scholarship Project in 2022, in sponsoring 30 university students in Taiwan. Through a variety of thematic group works and seminars, and the guidance from experienced and devoted mentors, participating youth broadened their horizon through the exploration of topics in the field of climate change, financial literacy, technology trends, culture and education, and expanded their networks, and gave back to the society by engaging in meaningful community service opportunities.
Today at Phattaya, we had a small gathering and a fun day with our Thai volunteer Cathy, receiving small gifts from OAT.
